Explanation and troubleshooting
The program has been stopped manually by user.
Program has been stopped because of power loss. Ensure that
the fuse holder has been assembled tightly and that the power
cable is mounted correctly.
The allowed temperature range of T-1/+2°C has been
exceeded during holding time. Check if the temperature cable
has been plugged and screwed correctly into the controller.
Check if the autoclave chamber is not out of water.
Error in temperature sensor. Most often this means the sensor
is not plugged in into controller. Other possible reason: cable
break.
Maximum allowed temperature exceeded (143°C) OR target
temperature not be reached. Please check if temperature
sensor is working properly or autoclave chamber is not out of
water.
Please navigate to Settings -> Factory reset and press the OK
button. This is necessary to solve software issues.
Please check if the power switch is turned on. Please replace
both 5mm 10A slow acting fuses placed at the shelf of the
black power connector.
Navigate to Settings -> Contrast and press the OK button until
the contrast is well.
Navigate to Settings -> Factory reset and press the OK button.
This is necessary to solve software issues.
Check if the gasket has been placed correctly into the lid. The
text "Place This Side Facing Down" on the gasket must be
readable for the user. Check if the red knob on the handle is in
locking position during sterilization. For cycles with sterilization
time longer than 60 minutes, close the steam release cock.
On heat-up, the gasket of the lid will be compressed. If the
gasket is wet also, this can cause a few drops coming out of
the gasket during heat-up. If the dropping doesn't stop after
heat-up, please remove the gasket and clean it with distilled
water. If the problem is not resolved, contact CertoSupport to
order a new gasket.
