     Wenn  der  Druck  bei  der  Autoklavierung  von  Flüssigkeiten  aufgrund  eines  Programmabbruches  schnell  abgelassen  wird,  besteht  die  Möglichkeit,  dass  es  zum  Siedeverzug  der  Flüssigkeit  kommt.  Bitte  warten  Sie  deshalb vor dem Öffnen des Autoklavs immer bis die Temperatur des Mediums weniger als 80 °C erreicht hat.   Der Autoklav darf nicht befüllt transportiert werden.   Der Autoklav darf nicht mit Gewalt geöffnet werden.   Dieser Autoklav darf nur von geschulten Händlern gewartet werden.    Benutzen Sie zur Wartung ausschließlich Original‐Ersatzteile.        CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH Peintner Str. 10  4060 Leonding, Austria  www.certoclav.com     support@certoclav.com...

    Nitroglykol, Nitroglycerin, Nitrocellulose und andere explosive Salpetersäureester.  Trinitrobenzol, Trinitrotoluol, Pikrinsäure und andere explosive Nitroverbindungen.  Peressigsäure, Methylethylketonperoxid, Benzoylperoxid und andere organische Peroxide.    Entzündbare Stoffe  Metallisches Lithium, Kalium, Natrium, gelber Phosphor, Phosphorsulfid und roter Phosphor.  Celluloide, Calciumcarbid (Carbid), Kalkphosphid und Magnesiumpulver.  Aluminiumpulver, Magnesiumpulver und Metallpulver außer Aluminiumpulver.  Natriumdithionit (oder Natriumhydrosulfit).    Oxidationsmittel  Kaliumchlorat, Natriumchlorat, Ammoniumchlorat und andere Chlorate.  Kaliumperchlorat, Natriumperchlorat, Ammoniumperchlorat und andere Perchlorate.  Kaliumperoxid, Natriumperoxid, Bariumperoxid und andere anorganische Peroxide.  Kaliumnitrat, Natriumnitrat, Ammoniumnitrat und andere Nitrate.  Natriumchlorit und andere Chlorite.  Calciumhypochlorit und andere Hypochlorite.    Brennbare Stoffe  Ethylether, Benzin, Acetaldehyd, Propylenoxid, Schwefelkohlenstoff und andere Substanzen, deren Flammpunkte  im Bereich von ‐30 °C bis 0 °C liegen.  Methanol, Ethanol, Xylol, Benzylacetat (oder Amylacetat) und andere Substanzen, deren Flammpunkte zwischen 0  und 30 °C liegen.  Kerosin, Gasöl, Terpentinöl, Isopentylalkohol (oder Isoamylalkohol), Essigsäure und andere Substanzen mit einem  Flammpunkt zwischen 30 und 65 °C.  Brennbares Gas (Wasserstoff, Acetylen, Ethylen, Methan, Ethan, Propan, Butan und andere Substanzen, die bei  einer Temperatur von 60 °C bei einem absoluten Druck von 0,2 bar arbeiten)    Wenn eine salzhaltige Lösung in das innere der Kammer verschüttet wurde, entfernen Sie sämtliche Flüssigkeit aus  der Kammer und wischen Sie die Flüssigkeit um die Türdichtung auf. Reinigen Sie die Türdichtung mit destilliertem  oder demineralisierten Wasser.        CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH Peintner Str. 10  4060 Leonding, Austria  www.certoclav.com     support@certoclav.com...

    überprüfen  Sie,  ob  der  Tisch  für  das  Gewicht  des  Autoklavs  geeignet ist. Bitte halten Sie mindestens 10 cm Freiraum um den  Autoklav herum. An den Belüftungsschlitzen an der rechten Seite  des Autoklavs halten Sie mindestens 20 cm Freiraum. Achten Sie  darauf, dass der Raum gut durchlüftet wird. Überprüfen Sie mit  einer Wasserwaage ob der Autoklav waagerecht ausgerichtet ist.  Wichtig: Stellen Sie den Autoklav vorne um 1,5 cm erhöht auf,  damit das Kondensat in der Kammer in Richtung des Abflusses  fließen kann.    Öffnen  Sie  die  Tür  des  Autoklavs  und  entnehmen  Sie  das  Schubladen‐Set  inklusive  Zubehör.  Entfernen  Sie  das  Verpackungsmaterial.    Montieren Sie den Standfuß am Touchbildschirm mit den vier  mitgelieferten Schrauben.          CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH Peintner Str. 10  4060 Leonding, Austria  www.certoclav.com     support@certoclav.com...

  • Seite 13 CertoClav_Vakuum_Pro_12‐22_DE_EN_V18.docx    Seite / Page 13  Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit der Gerätebuchse auf der Rückseite des Autoklavs. Hinweis: Überprüfen Sie,  ob die Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Autoklavs, mit den Angaben der Spannungsquelle übereinstimmen.  Überprüfen Sie ob sich der Sicherungsschalter des Autoklavs in oberer Position befindet. Schalten Sie den  Autoklav am grünen Wippschalter ein.        Verbinden Sie den Autoklav mit dem RS232‐Kabel am COM 4‐Anschluss der Interface‐Box mit dem   RS232‐Anschluss auf der Rückseite des Autoklavs.          Schalten Sie den Touchbildschirm ein.  Wenn nach einigen Sekunden am Bildschirm ein Login Fenster erscheint, ist der Touchbildschirm korrekt mit  dem Autoklav verbunden.  Falls am Bildschirm eine Meldung über einen Verbindungsabbruch mit dem Autoklav erscheint, dann sind  Touchbildschirm und Autoklav nicht korrekt verbunden. Überprüfen Sie ob der Autoklav eingeschaltet ist und  mit dem COM4‐Anschluss der Interface‐Box verbunden ist.      CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH Peintner Str. 10  4060 Leonding, Austria  www.certoclav.com     support@certoclav.com...

    Die  SOLID‐Programme  können  nur  Festkörper  sterilisieren,  welche  nicht  verpackt  sind.  Wie  zum  Beispiel  unverpackte Zangen, Scheren, Pinzetten, Schalen, usw.   Die  “Porous”  Programme  sind  speziell  für  Körper  aus  porösem  Material  ausgelegt.  Drei  Entlüftungsschritte  mittels der Vakuumpumpe sorgen für ein vollständiges Eindringen des Dampfes in das poröse Material. Dies ist  eine notwendige Voraussetzung für die einwandfreie Sterilisation von porösen Materialen.   Die “Hollow” Programme können Hohlkörper des Typs A und des Typs B sterilisieren. Dies sind beispielsweise  Gläser oder Kanülen.     CertoClav Sterilizer GmbH Peintner Str. 10  4060 Leonding, Austria  www.certoclav.com     support@certoclav.com...

        10.3.4 Sterilisationsprogramm am Bildschirm auswählen  1. Nach der Anmeldung (siehe Kapitel 10.3.3) navigieren Sie zum Sterilisation‐Menü.  2. In der Mitte sind 4 Programme sichtbar. Scrollen Sie in der Liste nach unten, um alle verfügbaren Programme  zu sehen.  3. Drücken Sie auf ein Programm, um es auszuwählen. Bestätigen Sie, dass Sie das Programm starten möchten.  4.     Dies  hat  zur  Folge,  dass  die  Türe  dichter am Kessel anliegt und der Anpressdruck der  Türe erhöht wird.   3. Drehen Sie die runde Tür im Uhrzeigersinn, um die  Dichtigkeit zwischen Türe und Sterilisationskammer  zu  verringern.  Folglich  lässt  sich  die  Türe  mit  weniger Kraft schließen.  4. Nachdem die Ringdichtung entfernt wurde, reinigen Sie die Tür mit destilliertem Wasser.  3. Die neue Dichtung vor dem Einbau ebenfalls mit destillierten Wasser reinigen und wieder an der Türe  anbringen.      14.4 Austausch des Sicherheitsventils  Das Sicherheitsventil darf nur durch geschultes Personal ausgetauscht werden      1. Überprüfen Sie das Sicherheitsventil regelmäßig auf optische Fehler. Falls ein Fehler gefunden wird, muss  das Sicherheitsventil ausgetauscht werden.  2. Entfernen Sie Rohrschelle (Teil 1 gemäß Abbildung). Anschließend entfernen Sie den Schlauch, mit dem das  Sicherheitsventil verbunden ist.  3. Entfernen Sie die Mutter am Schlauchansatz (Teil 2 gemäß Abbildung).  4.     Start  a  vacuum  test  after  each  door  adjustment.  If  the  test  is  negative,  the  door  should  be  readjusted.    If the door is too loose, it is possible that the door seal will be pushed out of its socket with a  loud bang. Please make sure that the door is not too loose by performing a test run with the    SOLID 134 °C program.  14.2 Cleaning the door seal  The door seal should be cleaned regularly. Please use distilled water to clean the sealing ring. If water leaks still  occur after cleaning, the door contact pressure must be adjusted, or the door seal must be replaced.  Replacing the door seal 14.3   1. Hold the ring seal with one hand and use your other hand  to carefully lever the ring seal out of its duct with a  screwdriver. Then slowly pull on the seal to remove it  completely.  2.
