Guarantee Conditions

This appliance is of excellent quality and
construction. However, we will correct,
free of charge, any defects in material
or workmanship for a period of 2 years,
subject to the terms of our Guarantee
shown below.
CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THE
GUARANTEE
This Guarantee provides benefits which
are additional to, and do not affect, your
other legal rights. BEST will repair free of
charge any appliance located in the United
Kingdom or repair or replace any part
or parts there of which are shown to the
satisfaction of BEST to be defective due to
faulty materials or workmanship within 24
months from the date of purchase.
THIS GUARANTEE SHALL NOT COVER
ANY FAULT OR DEFECT CAUSED BY:
a. Faulty installation arising e.g. from failure
to observe the instructions of BEST;
b. Careless operating, handling or misuse
e.g. using unsuitable detergents, lack of
maintenance;
c. External sources e.g. transit damage,
weather;
d. Repairs or alterations carried out by
parties other than BEST or an authorised
agent;
e. The use of non BEST approved
components. This Guarantee shall not
apply to nor cover any other claims
whatsoever. It will in particular (but without
limiting the generality of the foregoing)
not cover any claims for conversion or
modification or for the costs of repairs
carried out by any third party without the
prior consent of BEST.
Before free service under this Guarantee
can be provided, the purchaser will be
required to substantiate the date of
purchase. If replacement parts are fitted
to any appliance this will not extend the
period under this Guarantee.
