The Infra Line
The Infra Line is an infra-red radiator system employed
in large halls and rooms. The Infra Line is constructed of
the following components:
- burner module
- 1st straight module (double-walled insulated burner
pipe)
- 2nd straight module (double-walled burner pipe)
- standard straight module (single-walled pipe)
- corner module (optional)
- end module
- suspension system (optional)
- grille (optional)
- control panel (optional)

Designs
Thanks to the Infra Line's modular construction, it is
possible to follow the line of the building. The length
of the direct gas-fired Infra Line ranges from 30 to
50 metres. The capacity range is 50 to 100 kW. By
equipping the reflector with insulation in combination
with a 110° radiation angle produces optimum
efficiening. Durability is heightened because the flue
fan rinses out the remaining combustion gases from the
radiation pipes after the burner is switched off.

The inversion of the flue gas occurs in the end
module.

Der Infra Line
Der Infra Line ist ein Infrarotstrahlungssystem, das in
Hallen und großen Räumen verwendet wird. Der Infra Line
ist aus folgenden Komponenten zusammengebaut:

- Erstes gerades Modul (doppelwandig isoliertes
Brennerrohr)
- Zweites gerades Modul (doppelwandiges Brennerrohr)
- Gerades Standardmodul (einwandiges Rohr)
- Eckmodul (wahlweise)
- Endmodul
- Aufhängesystem (wahlweise)
- Gitter (wahlweise)
- Schaltkasten (wahlweise)

Ausführungen
Aufgrund modularen Aufbaus des Systems läßt sich
der Infra Line optimal an den Gebäude gegebenheiten
anpassen. Die Länge des Infra Line variiert von 30 bis
50 Meter und die Wärmeleistung liegt zwischen 50
und 100 kW. Durch Isolierung des trahlungsreflektors
und mit einem Strahlungswinkel von 110°wird ein
optimaler Wirkungsgrad erzielt. Nach dem Ausschalten
des Brenners spült der Rauchgasventilator die
noch vorhandenen Verbrennungsgase aus den
Strahlungsrohren, was zur Erhöhung der Lebensdauer
beiträgt.

Die Umkehrung der Abgase erfolgt im Endmodul.
