TROUBLESHOOTING

Note: If problems occur, check the information in the following table before returning
the appliance for repair.
Problem
The appliance does not
work.
Dedust effect is not good.
Note: If the problem cannot be found in the list or it persists, please contact costumer
service or a qualified technician for further inspection. Do NOT open and repair the
appliance by yourself.
Possible Cause
The plug is not securely
inserted into the socket or
not connected well.
The ON/OFF button is not
pressed.
The filtration mesh is
clogged with dust and
dirt, which affects the
performance of the
appliance.
The air vent is obstructed.
Possible Solution
Insert the plug into the wall
socket and make sure it is
connected well.
Press ON/OFF button
after plugged.
Clean the filtration mesh.
Remove the foreign
objects from the air vent.
