7. Initial commissioning
7.1 Removing transportation packaging

On removing the outer packaging of the refrigerant
cylinder, make sure the cylinder hoses do not come
into contact with the housing or the filter dryer.
1. Remove the cardboard box.
2. Remove the ACS 752 from the packaging pallet.
3. Check delivery contents.
4. Check oil level of vacuum pump (sight glass).

Do not disconnect any electrical connections, and
only have internal components opened and repaired
by trained customer service personnel.

Contact customer service in the event of any trans-
portation damage (e.g. oil leakage).
7.2

Connecting the service hoses

Connect the service hoses included in the delivery to
the service quick-release coupling HP and LP.
7.3 Switching on the ACS 752

The ACS 752 is designed for 230 volts, 50/60 Hz. Ob-
serve the information on the ACS 752 rating plate.
1. Stand the ACS 752 on a flat, vibration-proof surface.
2. Actuate the brake to stop the ACS 752 rolling.
3. Connect the power supply cord to the power supply.
4. Switch on the master switch.

7.4.1 Setting the language
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <Menu>
3. Press <1>for "Set up"
4. Press <1> to "Select language"
5. Select language with u and o
6. Confirm language with <OK>.

7.4.2 Setting the date and time

You can only set the time. It is not possible to modify
the date.
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <Menu>.
3. Press <1>for "Set up".
4. Press <2> to "Set date and time".
5. Change hours with u and o.
6. Change minutes with z and r.
7. Confirm time with <OK>.

Return with <ESC>.
7.4.3 Set workshop data

Delete the space before the cursor with double
press of z.

Use u and o to change the line.
1. Call up the start screen.
2. Press <Menu>.
3. Press <1>for "Set up".
4. Press <5> to insert the "Garage data".
5. Enter "Garage data" with <A-Z> and <0-9>.
6. Confirm your inputs with <OK>.
