14 Guided Meditation mode

Operation

The guided meditation music on your RELAX helps you enter true relaxation and
release stress or tension you may feel.
To access the
Guided Meditation
mode,
To start and
control playback,
To pause or
resume playback,
Guided meditation
content language*,
To skip to the
previous or next
guided meditation,
To mute or restore
the sound output,

Setup menu

Press SETUP in the guided meditation mode to access the setup menu (see chapter
"Using the menus"). The following options are available and the current settings (if
applicable) are marked with an asterisk (*).
[Contents Language]

To select music contents countries (Deutsch, English, Français).
[System Settings]
•
See chapter "System Settings".
[Main menu]
•
To access other playback modes, sleep timer or alarms.

Or, press MENU once, then
(or rotate the navigation knob) to select the
Guided Meditation mode and then press OK
to confirm.
Select an album from preset station button (1–6)*
to directly access the guided meditation.
