7 Arbeiten mit empfindlichen Bauelementen

Manche Bauelemente können durch elektrostatische Entladung beschädigt werden
(beachten Sie bitte die Warnhinweise auf den Verpackungen oder fragen Sie
Hersteller oder Lieferant).
Zum Schutz dieser Bauelemente eignet sich ein ESD-sicherer Arbeitsplatz
(ESD = Elektrostatische Entladung).
Die Lötstation kann problemlos in ein solches Umfeld integriert werden. Über die
Potentialausgleichsbuchse (Abb. 4/Pos. 1) kann die Lötspitze hochohmig (220 kΩ)
mit der leitfähigen Arbeitsunterlage verbunden werden.
ERSA Lötstationen mit einem "A" am Ende der Typenbezeichnung sind
komplett antistatisch ausgerüstet und erfüllen außerdem die Anforderungen
des amerikanischen Militärstandards.

7 Working with sensitive components
Some components may be damaged by electrostatic discharge (read warning
notices on packaging or ask the manufacturer or supplier).
In order to protect these components, an ESD-proof workstation
(ESD = electrostatic discharge) should be used.
It is easy to integrate the soldering station in this type of environment by connecting
the soldering tip to the conductive ESD pad at a high resistance (220 kΩ) via the
potential equalization socket (Fig. 4/item 1).
ERSA soldering stations with the letter "A" at the end of their type designation
are entirely antistatic-equipped and also conform to the US military standard.
