Cleaning and disinfecting
Clean and disinfect the full face mask after every use.
WARNING
!
The mask body must be cleaned sufficiently thoroughly that
no residues of skin care products remain on the mask body.
Otherwise the elasticity in the sealing area can be lost and the
full face mask will no longer sit correctly.
CAUTION
!
Do not use solvents (e.g. acetone, alcohol) or cleaning agents
containing abrasive particles for cleaning and disinfection.
Only clean the mask using the described methods and
cleaning/disinfecting agents. Other agents, dosages and
contact times can damage the product.
Do not clean or dry the inside of full face masks with visors
marked "PC/CC" with a cloth; this may damage the coating.
Full face masks with these visor types should be left
unpackaged after drying for at least a day in a normal climate
according to DIN EN ISO 291 so that the coating can
regenerate and the optimum service life can be achieved.
For information about suitable cleaning agents and
disinfectants and their specifications, refer to document
