DECLARATION OF NOISE AND VIBRATION EMISSION:
These declared values were obtained by laboratory type
testing in compliance with the stated standards and
are not adequate for use in risk assessments. Values
measured in individual work places may be higher
than the declared values. The actual exposure values
and risk of harm experienced by an individual user are
unique and depend upon the way the user works, the
workpiece and the workstation design, as well as upon
the exposure time and the physical condition of the user.
We, CP, cannot be held liable for the consequences of
using the declared values, instead of values refl ecting
the actual exposure, in an individual risk assessment in a
work place situation over which we have no control.

These tools need to be use with controllers ESP1-1 /
ESP1-2 / ESP2-1 / ESP2-2 only.

Note:
To remove a previously tightened fi xing,
reposition the switch and increase the torque
setting (Fig. C). Again press the tool into the
fi xing and it will unscrew.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Regular inspection of the mains cable (1) must be carried
out and if damaged it must be replaced.

When disposing of components, lubricants,
etc... ensure that the relevant safety procedures
are carried out.
ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING
Failure to have repairs carried out by a suitably
qualifi ed electrician can result in danger to the user.
Follow normal engineering practices, and with reference
to the illustration, build the components into sub-
assemblies. Unsolder only those wires necessary for
component removal. Always note coloured code and
location of wires for correct assembly. On assembly
ensure earth strap is properly secured to gearbox/clutch
assembly.
ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGES
The SLK screwdriver was tested and approved by an
authorized laboratory for use in an ESD protected area,
in order to manufacture devices sensible to electrostatic
discharges (according to the basic requirements of the
CEI 61340-5-1 standard).
