1. Introduction

Two kits are available, the kit required depends on the serial number of the machine it will be installed
on.

HB378 – For installation on machines with a serial number pre-2285

HB422 – For installation on machines with serial number 2285 and onward
The Common Rail Base Kit is a kit of parts designed to be fitted to the AVM2-PC Test Stand to enable
testing of Common Rail equipment. Once installed, the AVM2 can be used for Common Rail testing
of pumps or injectors using additional kits supplied by Hartridge.

1.1 Specification

Electrical, air and low-pressure calibration fluid supplies for the use of the kit are provided by the
AVM2-PC Test Stand; no additional services are necessary.
