Switching off the
appliance

Press the main switch 4 (red circle
becomes visible).
First, open the door
the main switch is
situated under the fascia (on the right next
to the light).
Temperature display light goes out.
Refrigeration and light have switched off.
Disconnecting the
appliance
S Pull out the mains plug or trip the fuse.
S Defrost and clean the appliance.
S Leave the appliance door open.
Storing food in the
appliance
When storing food, comply with the
following:
S Wrap or cover food before placing in
the appliance. This will retain the aroma,
colour and freshness of the food.
In addition, flavours will not be
transferred between foods and the
plastic parts will not become
discoloured.
S Attention: Bottles which contain a high
percentage of alcohol must be sealed
and placed upright in the refrigerator.
S Allow warm food and drinks to cool
down before placing in the appliance!
S Warning!
Do not reseal an opened champagne
bottle and store in the appliance.
When the bottle is taken out of the
drawer, the cork may shoot out.

You can remove the drawers. To do this,
pull out the drawers, lift and remove.
Drawer with temperature slide

A colder temperature can be selected for
cool drinks or for storing vegetables and
fruit which are not sensitive to the cold.
Colder temperature:
Raise the slide a little and move it to the
left. The ventilation is open.
Warmer temperature:
Raise the slide a little and move it to the
right. The ventilation is closed.
Note: A little frost may occasionally form
on the temperature slide. This is quite
normal and can be ignored.
Bottle holder and tray

The bottle holder Fig. 6/A prevents
bottles from falling over when the drawer
is opened and closed. The location of the
bottle holder can be changed or
repositioned.
To optimise use of the vegetable drawer,
place the enclosed tray, Fig 6/B at the
rear.
