Problem
The compressor does not
run as usual and makes a
humming noise.
The ice sticks together.
The conditions for making
ice cubes are good, but
no ice cubes are made.
The error indicator lights
up.
Cause
The voltage is lower than
recommended.
The ice cubes are too
large.
Coolant is leaking / the
closed system is blocked.
Ice cube blockade
The engine's broken.
The viewing window is
open when there is strong
light.
Possible solution
Switch off the device and
restart it only when the
voltage is normal.
It is recommended to
select small ice cubes in
winter and large ice cubes
in summer.
Contact your service
representative.
Remove the ice under the
ice container, restart the
appliance by pressing the
on/off button.
Contact customer service.
Keep the viewing window
closed during ice cube
making.
