TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Power indicator is not
bright
Ice cube making doesn't
work properly.
ADD WATER and ICE
FULL indicator are flashing
simultaneously (LED
display)
Malfunction indicator
flashes (LCD display).
In ice-making mode,
WORK indicator flashes
(LED display)
Abnormal noise
Possible cause
Power source is not
switched on.
1. The ambient
temperature is too high or
the ventilation is poor.
2. The water temperature
is too high.
3. Refrigerant leak
The ice cube maker can't
detect an ice drop signal
for three times during ice
making process.
Temperature sensor is in
bad condition.
Fan or pump is damaged.
Possible solution
1. Check the power supply
matches.
2. Check the power cord
is connected correctly.
3. Internal components
are damaged. Contact
customer service.
1. Place the appliance in
a cooler place or remove
dust from the cooling fan
and the air inlets and
outlets.
2. Fill the water tank
with water at ambient
temperature.
3. The refrigerant system
is damaged. Contact
customer service.
1. Check whether any
foreign matters are
obstructing the ice making
box.
2. Internal components
are damaged. Contact
customer service.
To replace the temperature
sensor, contact customer
service.
1. Make sure the
appliance is in a suitable
position.
