Settings of Internal Boards

Untighten the screws and remove
the lid.
1 PROMPTER SELECT switch
Switches the direction of transmission of prompter
signals
IN: Outputs video signal that is input from the
PROMPTER/GEN LOCK connector to CCU.
OUT: Outputs video signal that is input from the
CCU to the PROMPTER/GEN LOCK connector.
The switch is factory set to OUT.
2 PROMPTER/GEN LOCK (prompter signal
input and output/external sync signal input)

Switches function of the PROMPTER/GEN LOCK
connector
PROMPTER: Inputs or outputs prompter signals.
GEN LOCK: Inputs external sync signal.
The switch is factory set to PROMPTER.
3 MIC TEST (microphone test) switch
Set to ON to monitor a microphone input signal using
a headset.
The switch is factory set to OFF.

4 MIC 1 SELECT (microphone 1 select) switch
Select the microphone 1 input from the camera or from
the AUDIO IN 1 connector
FRONT: Select input from the MIC 1 connector of
the came ra.
REAR: Select input from the AUDIO IN 1
connector.
5 INCOM 1/INCOM 2 (intercom 1/intercom 2)
switch
Switches according to the microphone of headset
connected respectively to INCOM 1 connector or
INCOME 2 connector.
CM/DYM switch
Switches according to the type of microphone.
CM: for a carbon microphone
DYM: for a dynamic microphone
The switch is factory set to CM.
GAIN switch
Switches the gain of the microphone.

: about 6 dB higher than standard gain
0: standard gain
-: about 6 dB lower than standard gain
