9. CLEANING THE GLASS STRUCTURE
Maintenance of the glass structure is very simple but it must also be done carefully due to the type of ele-
ments it comprises. It must be cleaned weekly using warm water and Marseilles soap.
NEVER use inflammable or abrasive products.
NEVER spray water to clean the display case.
To clean the display section, you need to remove all the ice cream tubs and place them in the refrigerator.
Then you need to open the front glass (fig.6). At this point, you can clean this section.
ATTENTION: If the open glass panel is hit accidentally, it could cause contusions or more serious injuries.
Verify that the display case is turned off and that it is disconnected from the power mains.

10. CLEANING THE CONDENSER

The condenser must be cleaned every 30 days maximum and this involves removing the dust that col-
lects in the fins. IMPORTANT: Cleaning must be done gently without bending or breaking the fins, using a
stiff brush. IMPORTANT - Do not use fluids to clean the condenser. To access the condenser, remove the
rear grid (Fig. 7), removing the screws that fasten it to the structure.
11. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE CABINET
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING:
1) Before cleaning the inside of the cabinet, extract the drain pipe (1) according to the direction of the ar-
row, connect it to a container or
other holders to drain off water and then clean it.
2) After cleaning, bring back the drain pipe to the original position and insert it in the fixation clamp (2) to
secure it (fig.8).
