Multiplexer Operation

Recording multiple images from 10 cameras into one
VCR.
To operate the system in the Multiplexer mode, set the
MULTI MODE in the MONITOR OUT SET menu to
"OFF"
For more details, see page 16(EN).

Camera Screen Display Mode

In Multiplexer operation, you can select the two
monitoring modes as shown below.
Full Screen Image Viewing
Press an INPUT SELECT button that you want to see,
the image from the selected camera will be displayed
full screen.
Full Screen Sequential Viewing
Press the SEQUENCE button in the full screen
display. The image will be displayed full screen,
sequentially.
The SEQUENCE indicator will light.
Press any INPUT SELECT button to stop sequential
viewing.
Notes
• If a camera is not connected to a Camera IN terminal,
that position will be skipped automatically.
• In the SEQUENCE mode, the cameras must be
synchronized, otherwise the images will be disturbed
when the cameras are switched.

Alarm Display During Camera Live Picture
Viewing
When an alarm trigger is received, the image from the
camera corresponding to the alarm trigger is displayed
on full screen. "A" will flash instead of the camera
number on the screen, and the INPUT SELECT
indicator will flash.
VCR Playback Screen Display
Mode
Press the VCR button to view the VCR playback
image. Split screen, zoomed image and still image are
available in the VCR Playback Screen Display Mode.
To return to camera live pictures, press the LIVE
button.
• If playing back a tape not recorded by this unit, the
VCR indicator will flash and the message "NO ID"
will be displayed on-screen.
• If a camera picture is not recorded, the message "NO
VIDEO" will be displayed on screen.
• To use the time lapse video in the LP mode, we
recommend using the 8-hour mode playback.
Depending on the time lapse VCR (LP mode) you are
using, there may be a slight vertical shaking of the
image or the top of the image may be slightly
distorted during playback in 24- or 40-hour mode.
Note
Audio playback of a time lapse recording in 12 or 24H
mode will cause video interference.
