6. Once tightened, ensure the Tool-less Release handle is positioned anywhere in
the shaded region depicted in Figure 6.

7. With the Segway PT POWERED DOWN (OFF), lean the LeanSteer Frame fully left
and right, until it touches each fender and ensure the LeanSteer Frame returns to
a straight-up position. See Figure 7. If the LeanSteer Frame does not return to a
straight up position, loosen the Tool-less Release and return to step 2.
8. Check the Tool-less Release routinely to ensure it is tight.
9. To remove the Tool-less Release, loosen it by twisting the handle until the bolt is
removed from the LeanSteer Frame Wedge Clamps. See Figure 8.
10. Completely remove the Tool-less Release bolt from the LeanSteer Frame
Wedge Clamps.
