Perform the following checks each tie before starting
operation.
1. Check that the high-pressure gun is correctly in-
stalled.
2. Check that the high-pressure gun is correctly con-
nected to the high-pressure cleaner.
3. Check that the water supply satisfies the require-
ments in the "Technical data" section and is correctly
implemented.
4. Vent the high-pressure cleaner as described in the
"Water connection" section.
5. Rinse the high-pressure cleaner, hose and high-
pressure gun with fresh water while depressurised.
6. Check that the device corresponds to the as-deliv-
ered state and that no impermissible modifications
have been made.
Dump gun function test
If a dump gun is connected to the high-pressure cleaner,
the following checks must be performed before using
the device.
1. Check that the trigger and safety latch move freely:
a The trigger must independently return to the ini-
tial position and engage in the safety latch when
released.
b It should only be possible to actuate the trigger
when the safety latch is actuated.
2. With the device switched off, check that the water
stream is immediately emitted at the bypass pipe
when the trigger is released.
3. Repeat step 2 while the device is running.
4. Has the position of the dump gun pressure point
changed since the last use?
Operation
The working pressure is shown on the pressure gauge.
The device is equipped with an F19 flat jet nozzle, with
a spray angle of 20° for large soiled areas.
1. Always initially direct the high-pressure jet at the ob-
ject to be cleaned from a distance to avoid damage
due to excessive pressure.

Switching on the device

1. Open the water inlet.
2. Plug the mains plug into the socket.
3. Vent the device (see chapter "Venting the device").
4. Turn the power switch to 1/ON.
5. Check the rotation direction of the high-pressure
pump: The electric motor fan wheel must turn in a
clockwise direction.
6. Dump gun: Press the safety latch of the high-pres-
sure gun downward.
Dry shut: Pivot the safety latch of the high-pressure
gun upward.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to forces at the high-pressure
hose during pressure changes
The user can loose balance and fall due to move-
ment of the high-pressure hose.
Assume a stable posture before using the device.
7. Pull the trigger.
Changing working pressure
The working pressure is determined by the high-pres-
sure nozzle used.
This method means that the full flow rate is always avail-
able.

1. Select the correct high-pressure nozzle from the ta-
ble.
2. Turn the power switch to "0/OFF".
3. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
4. Pull the trigger of the trigger gun until the device is
depressurised.
5. Unscrew the union nut from the spray lance.
6. Replace the high-pressure nozzle.
Note: Make sure that an O-ring is sitting on the noz-
zle.
7. Screw on the union nut and hand-tighten.

Interrupting operation

1. Release the trigger.
Dump gun: The safety latch secures the trigger
against unintentional operation.
2. Dry shut: Pivot the safety latch downward.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to an uncontrolled high-pres-
sure water jet.
A high-pressure water jet can cause fatal injuries.
Never hang up the high-pressure gun by the trigger
but rather by the gun housing.
3. Place the spray unit on the spray lance storage and
the high-pressure gun storage.
The nozzle must always be pointed at the ground.

DANGER
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled emission of a
high-pressure water jet.
A high-pressure water jet can cause fatal injuries.
Perform the following checks each time before resum-
ing work.
1. Check that the high-pressure gun is correctly in-
stalled.
2. Check that the high-pressure gun is correctly con-
nected to the high-pressure cleaner.
3. Check that the system is vented.
4. With the device switched off, check that the water
stream is immediately emitted at the bypass pipe
when the trigger is released.
5. Repeat step 4 while the device is running.
6. Actuate the high-pressure gun several times in a
safe location with the device switched on and check
the valves at the bypass and leakage bores for
leaks.
7. Check that the trigger and safety latch move freely:
