Maintenance and repair
- Make sure that maintenance on
electrical components is carried out only
by the manufacturer or the customer
service.
- Make sure that damaged cables are
changed only by the manufacturer or the
customer service.
When contacting the customer service,
please provide the following information:
- type of fault
- appliance model (Art./Cod.)
- serial number (S.N.)
This information is given on the data
plate. The data plate is attached on the
bottom side.

Power Management

This product is equipped with electronically controlled Power Management. Power Management
monitors the maximum power output of 3.7 kW/16 A for combined cooking elements (left and
right phases), optimizing the power distribution; it also ensure from any overload of induction
system.
For this the required total power is permanently monitored, and reduced if necessary. If
the required total power cannot be supplied, an control element by default reduces another
cooking element to the next smaller regular level of its power curve, so that the 16A current
consumption is not exceeded. Here the generator observes the last send UI command with
highest priority and reduces, if necessary, the previously activated settings to another cooking
element. Power management first engages also if cookware is detected on the cooking
element.
Example:
If in the same phase (left and right phases) boost level is selected (P) in a cooking zone,
automatically the other cooking zone cannot exceed the level 5 at the same time.
