Stopping the motorcycle (fig. 33)
Reduce speed, change down and release the throttle
twistgrip. Change down to engage first gear and then
neutral. Apply the brakes and bring the motorcycle to a
complete stop. To switch the engine off, simply turn the
key to OFF.
Important
Do not leave the key in the ON position when the
engine is stopped as this could damage electrical
components.
Refuelling (fig. 34)
Do not overfill the tank when refuelling. The fuel level
should always be below the rim of the filler recess.
Warning
Use fuel with low lead content and an original octane
number of at least 95.
Check that no fuel is trapped in the filler cap recess.
