Operation
The following settings are recommended by the
pump manufacturers:
Application radiator heating (two pipe system)
• Automatic setting; alternatively
• ∆p-v Differential pressure variable
Application radiator heating (one pipe system)
• ∆p-v Differential pressure variable
Application surface heating
• Automatic setting; alternatively
• ∆p-v Differential pressure constant

Operation
7.1 Temperature sensor location
A temperature sensor for the detection of the
flow temperature can be located between the
rear insulation shell and the ball valve.
7.2 Bleeding the system
Before commissioning, the system must be
filled and bled with due consideration of the
permissible operating pressures.
7.3 Replacement of the high-efficiency
pump
The ball valves above and below the pump
have to be isolated for a replacement of the
high-efficiency pump. The lower ball valve can
be isolated with the help of the enclosed handle
(located in the rear insulation shell). Alternatively,
both ball valves can be isolated with the help of
a 12 mm spanner. As for the upper ball valve,
the handle with the thermometer has to be
pulled off first (illustr. 21).

7.4 Correction factors for mixtures of
water and glycol
The correction factors of the manufacturers
of the antifreeze liquid have to be considered
when setting the flow rate.

Accessories
Tailpipe sets are available for the connection to
the pipework.
The complete range of accessories can be
found in the catalogue.
9.
Maintenance
The boiler connection system is maintenance-
free.
Tightness and function of the boiler connection
system and its connection points have to
be checked regularly during maintenance.
The boiler connection system must be easily
accessible.
