in an inappropriate state.

TCPIP_TCP_CMD_SEND_REQ cannot be
executed, because the socket is in an
inappropriate state.
0xC0080210 The TCP send command
TCPIP_TCP_CMD_SEND_REQ must be
rejected, because the list of free queue
elements is empty. Remark: Per default
configuration, the initial size of this list is
128. Every send command
(TCPIP_TCP_CMD_SEND_REQ or
TCPIP_UDP_CMD_SEND_REQ) occupy
one queue element, until the confirmation
command is given back to the application.
To avoid this resource problem, the
application must reduce the count of open
send jobs over all sockets.
0xC0080211 The UDP send command
TCPIP_UDP_CMD_SEND_REQ must be
rejected, because the list of free queue
elements is empty. Remark: Per default
