0xC0080045 The combination of configured operating
system cycle time and TCP/IP stacks cycle
time (startup-parameter ulTcpCycleEvent)
is not possible. The operating system cycle
time must be smaller or equal than the
TCP/IP stacks cycle time.
The socket handle ulDestId is invalid. A

(Mode) is not applicable on this socket
