Remote hydraulic fork with static load spring and
cartridge multivalve damping system. Each fork leg is
equipped with adjuster: the I.h. fork leg works during
the compression phase while the r.h. fork leg works
during the rebound phase. Bleeder screw for inner air.
Sliding bushing for floating damping rod. A kit (Ref.
850230) is available on request for installation to the
r.h. fork leg. This kit enables rebound control in the
initial part of fork leg stroke thanks to a screw adjuster
accessible from under the slider.
STANCHION TUBES: special high resistance stainless
steel, surface chrome plating.
Diameter: 50 mm.
SLIDER: G-AISI 9 alloy, internally machined and
melted.

SLIDING BUSHINGS: Teflon, free from static friction.
SEALS: computer designed oil seals ensure the highest
seal during compression and minimum friction during
rebound: covered by MARZOCCHI patent.
SPRINGS: available in different degrees of hardness
for different static loads.
OIL: MARZOCCHI SAE 7.5 Ref. 550013. Special
formula with no foam bulding. It keeps the viscosity
features unchanged in every working conditions: free
from static friction. For particularly cold climates use oil
"MARZOCCHI - SAE 5" Ref. 550003.

Chaque jambage est équipée de vis de réglage: celle
de gauche fonctionne pendant la phase de compression
et celle de droite pendant la phase d'extension. Vis pour
la purge de l'air intérieure. Bague de coulissement tige
amortisseur flottant. Sur demande, un kit (code
850230), à installer sur le côté droit, est disponible.
Ce qui permet le contrôle de l'extension au cours de
la première phase de course de la fourche grâce à
une vis de réglage actionnable située sur le fourreau.
TUBES PORTEURS: en acier spécial à haute résistance,
avec traitement de chromage en couche superficielle.
Diamètre 50 mm.
FOURREAU: en alliage G-AISI 9 fondu et alésé
intérieurement.
BAGUES DE COULISSEMENT: fabriquées en Téflon sans

JOINTS: conçus par ordinateur, les joints d'étanchéité
garantissent une étanchéité maximale en phase de
compression et un frottement minimum en phase
d'extension: brevet MARZOCCHI.
RESSORTS: disponibles en différentes rigidités pour
obtenir différentes charges statiques.
HUILE: MARZOCCHI SAE 7,5 Art. 550013 selon une
formule spéciale qui prévient la formation de mousse et
maintient les caractéristiques de viscosité constantes
quelles que soient les conditions de travail; sans
frottement au premier depart. Par des climats
par ticulièrement

GENERAL
Forcella idraulica con molla per carico statico e sistema
di smorzamento multivalvola a cartuccia. Ogni stelo è
dotato di registro: il sinistro agisce nella fase di
compressione e il destro in quella di estensione. Vite
per lo spurgo dell'aria interna. Boccola di scorrimento
asta ammortizzatore flottante. É disponibile su richiesta
un kit (cod. 850230), da installare sullo stelo destro.
Ciò permette il controllo dell'estensione, nella prima fase
di corsa della forcella attraverso un registro a vite
azionabile da sotto il portaruota.
TUBI PORTANTI: in acciaio speciale ad alta resistenza,
con trattamento di cromatura superficiale.
Diametro 50 mm.
PORTARUOTA: in lega G-AISI 9 fusa e lavorata
internamente.
BOCCOLE DI SCORRIMENTO: realizzate in Teflon esenti
da attrito di primo distacco.
GUARNIZIONI: anelli di tenuta progettati al computer
assicurano massima tenuta in compressione e minimo
attrito in estensione: brevetto MARZOCCHI.
MOLLE: sono disponibili in differenti rigidezze per
ottenere differenti carichi statici.
OLIO: MARZOCCHI SAE 7,5 Art. 550013 a formula
speciale elimina la formazione di schiuma e mantiene
inalterate le caratteristiche di viscosità in ogni
condizione di lavoro; esente da attrito di primo distacco.
Per climi particolarmente rigidi utilizzare olio
"MARZOCCHI SAE 5" Art. 550003.

Hydraulische Gabel mit Feder für statische Belastung
und Mehrventil-Dämpfsystem mit Kartusche. Jeder Holm
besitzt einen Einstellschraube: der linke ist für die
Einfederungsphase zuständig, der rechte für die
Ausfederungsphase. Entlüftungsschraube der inneren
Luft. Laufbuchse der schwimmend gelagerten
Stoßdämpferstange. Auf Anfrage ist ein Bausatz
(Kennr. 850230) lieferbar, der auf den rechten
Gabelholm installiert werden kann. Dieses Zubehör
ermöglicht, durch Betätigen einer Einstellschraube, die
unter dem Gleitrohr angeordnet ist, eine Kontrolle der
Ausfederung in der ersten Hubphase der Gabel.
STANDROHRE: aus hoch widerstandsfähigem
Spezialstahl, oberflächenverchromt.
Durchmesser 50 mm.
GLEITROHR: aus G-AISI 9 Legierung, im Stück gegossen
und bearbeitet.
LAUFBUCHSEN: aus Teflon frei von Anlaufreibung.
DICHTUNGEN: die am Computer entworfenen
Dichtringe sichern eine maximale Dichtung in der
Einfederung und eine minimale Anlaufreibung in der
Ausfederung: Patent MARZOCCHI.
FEDERN: sind zum Erhalt unterschiedlicher statischer
Belastungen in unterschiedlichen Federhärten verfügbar.
ÖL: MARZOCCHI SAE 7,5 Art. 550013 nach einer
Spezialformel, verhindert die Schaumbildung und hält
die Viskositätseigenschaften unter jeglichen
Einsatzbedingungen aufrecht; frei von Anlaufreibung.
Bei besonders strengem Klima ist das "MARZOCCHI
rigoureux, utilisez l'huile SAE 5" - Öl Art. 550003 zu verwenden.
