Fit the retaining cup (34) and the oil seal (33), well lubricated, in
the stanchion tube.
Use the proper fitter B (Ref. R5056 for Ø 50 and R5050 for Ø 45
mm) and push the oil seal into the slider down to the counterboring.
Then assembly the stop ring (32) and the dust seal (31).

Inserire lo scodellino (34) e l'anello di tenuta (33) ben lubrificato
nel tubo portante.
Utilizzando l'apposito introduttore B (cod. R5056 per Ø 50 e
R5050 per Ø 45 mm) spingere l'anello di tenuta nel portaruota
fino in battuta.
Installare poi l'anello di arresto (32) e il raschiapolvere (31).

Insérez la couvette (34) et le joint d'étanchéité (33) correctement lubrifié dans le tube porteur.
A l'aide de la pièce d'emboîtage B appropriée (code R5056 pour Ø 50 et R5050 pour Ø 45 mm), poussez
le joint d'étanchéité dans le fourreau jusq'à la butée.
Enfin, montez la bague de butée (32) et le cache-poussière (31).

Den Teller (34) und den gut geschmierten Dichtring (33) in das Standrohr einlegen.
Unter Anwendung des Einführers B (Kennr. R5056 für Ø 50 und R5050 für Ø 45 mm) den Dichtring bis zum
Anschlag in das Gleitrohr einschieben.
Dann den Drahtsprengring (32) und den Abstreifer (31) einbauen.

Pour "MARZOCCHI SAE 7.5" oil (Ref. 550013) into the stanchion
tube and into the inner rod, making sure that also ducts inside the
damper are full. More over you have to pump on the shock absorber
rod-keeping the rod hole closed to be sure that the cartridge is
completely full. Fit the inner rod (1).
Check that an air volume of 140 mm is left between the top of the
stanchion tube and the oil level, with the stanchion tube at its end of
stroke.

Versare olio "MARZOCCHI SAE 7,5" (Art. 550013) all'interno del
tubo portante e dell'asta, facendo in modo che vada a riempire
anche le canalizzazioni interne dell'ammortizzatore.
Inoltre, pompando con l'asta, tenendo chiuso il foro superiore,
assicurarsi che l'olio abbia riempito completamente la cartuccia. Inserire l'asta di rinvio (1).
Verificare quindi che, con il tubo portante a fondo corsa, risulti un volume d'aria di 140 mm tra sommità del
tubo portante e livello dell'olio.

Versez l'huile "MARZOCCHI SAE 7,5" (Art. 550013) à l'intérieur du tube porteur et de la tige de l'amortisseur
en veillant à remplir également les conduites intérieures de l'amortisseur.
Vous devrez pomper sur la tige de l'amortisseur en fermant le trou qui se trouve sur la tige, afin de remplir
complètement la cartouche. Insérez la tige de renvoi (1) intérieur.
Lorsque le tube porteur est à fond de course, vérifiez que le volume d'air entre le sommet de celui-ci et le
niveau de l'huile soit de 140 mm.

"MARZOCCHI SAE 7,5" Öl (Art. 550013) in das Standrohr und in das Stoßdämpferstange gießen. Dabei ist
darauf zu achten, daß es auch in die inneren Kanäle des Stoßdämpfers gelangt.
Sie müssen mit der Stoßdämpferstange pumpen, während sie das Stangenloch, geschlossen halten, damit sich
die Kartusche komplett füllt. Die Innenstange (1) einlegen.
Sicherstellen, daß mit einem Standrohr am Endlauf, ein Luftvolumen von 140 mm zwischen der Spitze des
Standrohres und dem Ölpegel vorhanden ist.
