Installing the hob

6.2 Unpacking the appliance

• Remove all packing materials and ensure that the appliance is in perfect
condition. If in doubt, do not use the it and contact the seller / supplier.
• Some parts of the appliance are protected by a plastic film.
This protective film must be removed before the appliance is used.
• The packaging material should be disposed of carefully and should not be
put within the reach of children. Danger of suffocation!

6.3 Installation details

This device may only be installed by qualified
personnel!
• The unit can be mounted on any worktop with a thickness of 40 or
50 mm.
• Overhanging surfaces such as wall units and cooker hoods should
be at least 750 mm away from the hob. The sides of the adjacent
wall units can be at a height (from the worktop) of at least
334 mm, as long as they are heat and steam resistant.
