Installing the hob

6.8 Gas connection

The hob may only be connected to the gas line
by qualified personnel!
• The gas inlet for this unit is a ½" thread according to
ISO 7-1 standards.
• Please ensure that the connection is made with a rigid pipe.
• For a secure, gas-tight connection, it is important to fit the seal (A)
between the elbow (B) and the inlet pipe (C)
(see illustration).
Conversion of natural gas to LPG
This conversion may only be carried out by a compe-
tent professional (a registered installer).
Installation of replacement injectors:
• Disconnect the appliance from the gas and electricity supply.
• Remove the pot holders and burner components.
• Remove the injectors (1.1) with a socket wrench and replace
them with the corresponding injectors (see following table).
Setting the minimum flow rates:
• Turn on the LPG supply, light the burners and turn the controls
to the minimum position .
• Remove the control knobs (2.1).
• Insert a small screwdriver (2.2) into the hole at the top of the
tap (2.3) and turn the adjustment screw to the left or right
until the burner flame is set to low power.
• Make sure that the flame does not extinguish by turning
too fast from the maximum to the minimum position.
• Refit the control knobs (1.1).
