5.2 Cleaning the burner components

• Remove the pan holders and then the burner caps (1) and flame gene-
rators (2) by lifting them up and removing them from the hob.
• Clean all parts with a soft cloth in hot water with a non-abrasive detergent
and wipe them dry with a soft cloth.
• Clean the thermal sensor (3.1) and igniter (3.2) with a well wrung out
damp cloth.
• To put the burners back on the hot plate, first make sure that the
injectors (3.3) are not blocked.
• Place the flame generators (2) on the burner modules (3).
Hint: When reassembling, pay attention to the correct direc-

tion: The igniter (3.2) may have to be located in the corres-
ponding recess of the flame generator and the „grid" on the
underside of the flame generator must be positioned to match
the burner module, so that slippage is no longer possible.
• Place the burner caps (1) on the flame generators (2).
Position them centrally according to the shape.
