The window is divided into three sections
Activation status of the components connected to the internal unit board (can only be changed only if the system is in standby
mode):
Main circulation pump
DHW pump
Heater 1 (Electric heater 1)
Heater 2 (Electric heater 2)
Three-way valve
BPHE DHW (DHW storage tank heater)
DHW comp (DHW high temperature heat pump circuit compressor)
Boiler (External heat source activation)
Alarm (alarm contact terminals 13, 17)
Display of the temperatures measured by the probes in the internal unit:
T1 Water in (water return temperature of the system)
T2 Water out (water flow temperature of the system)
T3 DHW tank (domestic hot water tank temperature)
T4 Outdoor air (outside air temperature)
T5 DHW comp. (flow temperature of the DHW high temperature heat pump circuit compressor)
T6 DHW out (domestic hot water flow temperature)
T7 DHW evap (evaporator outlet temperature of the DHW high temperature heat pump circuit)
Display of the analogue and the internal unit board digital inputs:
D1 Flow (main water circuit flow switch)
D2 Flow (DHW evaporator water circuit flow switch)
D3 ON/OFF (switching on/off request from external contact, terminals 1, L)
D4 Heat/Cool (heating/cooling request from external contact, terminals 2, L)
D5 Eco (second Eco set point request from external contact, terminals 3, L; Eco contact open)
D6 Night (night operating mode request from external contact, terminals 4, L; Night contact open)
D7 DHW Req. (domestic hot water request from external contact, terminals 5, L)
D8 Ta (heating/cooling activation/deactivation terminals 6, L)
Red means input closed, green means input open.
Display of PID in / PID out values (PID value external unit request/PID value of the external unit).

probes during the last hour of operation (fig. 52).
When the graph is touched a cursor appears that can be moved along the time axis with the arrows or moved directly with a
finger; the table therefore shows the temperatures measured by the probes at the particular moment selected.

If an alarm is triggered on the unit, the alarms page appears with number of the alarm and at the same time an audible signal
continues for a maximum duration of 60 seconds. The audible signal can be stopped by pressing either of the 'alarms active' or
'return' icons, or it will stop automatically after 60 seconds.

INTERNAL UNIT ELECTRICAL HEATER ELEMENTS MANAGEMENT

The units are equipped with additional 2-stage heater elements: 1.5 kW + 1.5 kW on SMALL internal units and 3 kW + 3 kW on
LARGE units.
They can be enabled to supplement the heating power, the domestic hot water production and during anti-legionella cycles (see
the specific paragraph) from the parameters window (path: Main, Menu, Service, PW).
"ADDITIONAL INTERNAL ELECTRICAL HEATER ELEMENTS"
0 = not enabled
1 = one heater element enabled
2 = two heater elements enabled
The first resistance will be activated when the outside air temperature is lower than the value set for the parameter "OUTSIDE AIR
TEMPERATURE THRESHOLD FOR ACTIVATING ELECTRICAL HEATER ELEMENTS", if the water temperature is 4°K below
the set temperature and the number of minutes set in parameter "ELECTRICAL HEATER ELEMENTS ACTIVATION DELAY"
after these conditions occur. The second element will activate several minutes after the activation of the first if the parameters
are not met; the activation time can be varied between 0 and 60 minutes in parameter "ELECTRICAL HEATER ELEMENTS
ACTIVATION DELAY".
The electrical heater elements cannot be activated if an external heat source is enabled "EXTERNAL HEATER MANAGEMENT"=1.
The electrical heater elements will activate even in the event of a fault on the external unit.
If enabled, the second heater element stage is activated 15 minutes later than the first.

REMOTE CONTROL

Some appliance functions can be controlled remotely using free contacts.
The contacts should be connected to the terminal board of the internal unit's electronic board (fig. 20) as described below:
terminal 1:
Cooling ON: with the clean contact open the system is in standby mode, with the contact closed the system is
in cooling mode
terminal 2:
Heating ON: with the clean contact open the system is in standby mode, with the contact closed the system is
in heating mode
on the "Diagnostics" page calls up the window showing graphs of the temperatures read by the
enlarges the temperature scale.
