4. Usage

Only tools may be used which are suitable for the power tool and which have a shaft
diameter that is correct for the collet. The use of cutting discs with a diameter excee-
ding 50 mm as well as groove and profile milling cutters is prohibited.
Only use tools with a permissible operating speed of at least the maximum speed of
the power tool.
When using mounted points, the largest recommended distance L
collet and the rear side of the abrasive wheel is 10 mm (see illustration). When this
distance is greater, the permissible speed is reduced. The burr manufacturer's
recommendations must be adhered to. A minimum clamping length of 10 mm must
be observed, independent of the type of tool used.
Always ensure that the main load is transmitted in a radial direction (i.e. on the tool
circumference) and not in an axial direction to the power tool.
The tool in use must be firmly clamped into the collet using the two flat spanners
supplied.
Before changing a tool or undoing the compressed air hose, the power tool must be
