For the replacement of the instrument chapters 8 "Dismounting, return
and disposal" and 5 "Commissioning, operation" must be observed.
Optical changes without limitation of the function
If the instrument is exposed to intensive UV radiation, the colouring of
the dial printing may change.

Shocks can cause small bubbles to form in the fill fluid of filled instru-
ments.

7. Maintenance and cleaning

7.1 Maintenance
The instruments are maintenance-free.

For model PG21BP-x brake pressure test instruments, the legal

requierements for calibration apply.
For all models except for PG21BP-x, the indicator should be
„
checked once or twice every year. For this the instrument must be
disconnected from the process to check with a pressure testing
device.
Repairs should only be carried out by the manufacturer or, following
„
prior consultation with the manufacturer, by correspondingly qualified
skilled personnel.
Following any exceeding of the requirements in accordance with
„
EN 837-1, the instrument function must be checked.
