5. SERVICING – CLEANING – LUBRICATION
Warning! Check the levels:
• Before using the machine
• With the machine at a standstill and the engine off (for at least the past
hour).
• On a flat surface.

5.1 ENGINE

Consult the engine instruction manual.

5.2 GREASING

After every 50 hours service, grease the points indicated in:
Mod.RS - Mod. R
Fig.1 N°23: Axial articulation (n.1 fig.19).
Fig.7 N°1: Front right and left wheel articulation: 2 grease nipples (and plug N°
2 fig.7 Mod.45RS-45R) each side.
Fig.12 N°2: shoe expansion control pin, after having removed plugs N° 1 fig.13
(Mod.45RS-45R only).

5.3 OIL SUPPLY

5.3.1 Gearbox housing and front power lift

Check the level after every 50 hours service by means of the plug with breather
and dipstick N° 22 fig.1.
We recommend Arbor oil by FL Selenia: ARBOR UNIVERSAL 15W-40.
Change the oil after every 800 hours service. The required quantity is approx.
• 11 litres. Mod.26RS-30RS
• 11 litres. Mod.30SN-40SN-30A-40A
• 12,5 litres.
• 13,5 litres.
• 15 litres. Mod.45SN-45A
Oil draining: plug N° 1 fig.9.
Oil filling: plug N° 22 fig.1.
Keep the oil breather plug clean N° 22 fig.1.
