7 Using the 4STREAM App

In order to fully benefit from all features of the CIA-40WIFI, we recommend the 4STREAM app. You can
download the app for free in the Play Store or App Store. Using 4STREAM, you will be able to connect the
amplifier to your WiFi network and conveniently control it from your smartphone or tablet. The app lets you
access all music sources, customize radio stations, control the volume and more for one or several
amplifiers.

7.1 First steps with the app

4STREAM
1) Download the 4STREAM app to your mobile device in the Play Store or App Store. The QR codes on
page 23 will take you to the direct download pages.
2) Connect your mobile device to the CIA-40WIFI's WiFi network "CIA-40WIFI_xxxx".
3) Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the amplifier to your WiFi network.
During the connection process you can assign a unique name to the amplifier so you can better identify it
on the network. Once the amplifier is connected to your WiFi network, you will have access to all the
functions from your mobile device.
4) After setup is finished you can add further CIA-40WIFI to your WiFi network in the same manner.
