5. DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE

5.1 Features

4-channel PA-amplifier with mixing functions
• 4 x 225 W/4 ohm
• Matrix level adjustment: each input source is individually adjustable for each zone
• Remote voltage control (VCA) via controllers R-1, R-4, R-1S, R-2
• 3-band EQ and low pass filter per input channel
• 4 gain-controls on the front panel

5.2 Overview

(1) AIR OUTLET OPENINGS
(2) PROTECT-LED
This LED lights up after switching the device on as long as the speakers are not connected with the
amplifier. If this LED lights up during the operation, one of the protection circuits is active. Please take
the amplifier out of operation and check it.
(3) CLIP-LED
This LED flashes when the output signal starts distorting.
(4) SIGNAL-LED
This LED lights up as long as a signal is present at the input.
(5) LEVEL CONTROL
Adjusts the level of each of the channels.
(6) BRIDGE-LED
Lights up when the channel pair is in bridged mode.
(7) POWER ON/OFF
Set this switch to ON, to turn on the amplifier. Set it to OFF, to turn the amplifier off.
The power indicator lights up when the amplifier is powered on.
(8) REMOTE ON/OFF
Set this switch to ON, to activate the remote control(s). Set it to OFF, to deactivate the remote control(s).
The indicator above lights up when the REMOTE switch is set to ON.
