3 Cleaning
Disassembly of the pump for cleaning
> Unscrew the foot piece (1) (mind the left-hand thread).
> Unscrew the impellor (2) and push out the shaft (3) together with the coupling cage
and the ball bearing (4).

> To this end, use an appropriate screwdriver to hold the shaft (5).
> If the bearing detaches first, screw the impellor back onto the shaft and screw the
shaft back into the bearing a few turns.
> Give the impellor a light blow to push the bearing up and out; unscrew it and pull it
out of the inner tube.
> Pull the shaft out of the inner tube together with the impellor.
> Unscrew the impellor.
> Use an appropriate screwdriver to pull the inner tube (6) out of the outer tube (7) by
gently turning it to the right.
