• The higher the fat content of the milk that you use, the creamier the yogurt will
be.
• You can use some of the yogurt you made for making the next yogurt.
• If the yogurt has lumps in it, the yogurt cultures were not sufficiently mixed into
the milk before the appliance was switched on.

• Before you start cleaning, please check if the ice cream machine is turned off
and unplugged. Please wait for the compressor to completely cool out before
cleaning the appliance.

1. Wipe the casing and the screen clean with a soft, only slightly moist towel. Do
not use dry paper towels or dry pieces of cloth for the screen and do not use
any aggressive or scouring detergents or scouring pads to clean the casing or
accessories of the appliance, as they might scratch the surfaces.
Note: Never immerse the machine in water and never place it in dishwasher.
Make sure that liquids or detergents do not come into contact with the display.
2. To clean the ice cream container chamber, the machine needs to be at room
temperature. Wipe clean the container chamber with a damp cloth, eventually
using some washing-up liquid. Carefully remove possible remains of cream, milk,
chocolate etc. with a soft cloth.
3. All surfaces must be completely dry before inserting the plug back into the
power outlet.

• Outside of the container chamber, fill half the ice cream container with warm
water and add mild washing-up liquid. Leave the water in the ice cream con-
tainer for approx. 10 – 20 minutes before cleaning it with a soft sponge and
rinsing it with clear water. Only reinsert the ice cream container into the machine
when it is completely dry.
Attention: The ice cream container must not be cleaned in the dishwasher!

• The lid can be cleaned in warm water with mild washing-up liquid and a soft
sponge. Do not use aggressive, abrasive cleaners or scrubbing sponges as they
might scratch the surface of the lid. Only put the lid back on the ice cream con-
tainer when it is completely dry.
