To be able to cool with the primary and secondary heat pumps, the
heat pumps must be connected to the same heat source.
Passive cooling
For passive cooling, the brine is routed through the bore hole
where it is cooled.
f Set passive cooling on the primary heat pump. f
f Set passive cooling on the required secondary heat pumps. f
Active cooling
For active cooling, the brine is routed through the condenser and
actively cooled via the refrigerant circuit. The waste heat can be
used for the heating mode, DHW heating or swimming pool heat-
ing. When the waste heat is not needed, it is routed through the
bore hole or to the air cooler.
f Set active cooling on the primary heat pump. The secondary f
heat pumps are activated automatically.
