• Cylinder pressure regulator:
- Open the cylinder valve slowly
- To adjust the pressure, turn the hand knob
clockwise. Read the pressure on the back
pressure gauge.
- To reduce the pressure, turn the hand knob
anticlockwise.
- The gas in the system must be able to flow
out through the connected fittings.
• Pipe and outlet pressure regulator:
- Slowly open the shut-off valve on the
upstream side .
- To adjust the pressure, turn the hand knob
clockwise.
- To reduce the pressure, turn the hand knob
anticlockwise and simultaneously vent the
outlet pressure side.
NOTE!
The fine adjustment should always be made in
the direction of increasing the pressure in order
to achieve the most accurate setting.
WARNING!
Make sure the equipment is not exposed to
pressure levels that exceed their respective
permissible nominal pressure. The permissible
pressures are to be found on the rating plate or
in this instruction manual.
• Cylinder pressure regulator:
- Close cylinder valve.
- Completely use or vent the remaining gas.
- Turn the hand knob anticlockwise until it stops.
- Unscrew the pressure regulator from the
cylinder valve. The pressure reducing valve
must be de-pressurised, otherwise the seal
may be destroyed.
• Pipe and outlet pressure regulator
- Close valve on the high pressure side.
- Completely use or vent the remaining gas.
- Turn the hand knob anticlockwise until it
stops.
