NOTE!
Repair work may only be performed by
sufficiently qualified, trained and authorised
individuals (see section 2.4). In the event of
malfunctions within the warranty period, after
consultation return to the manufacturer. The
equipment must be accompanied by a
consignment note. The form can be obtained
directly from the manufacturer. You will find the
manufacturer's address on the last page of these
instructions.
1.PROBLEM:
- The output pressure continues to increase
after closing the valve, even without turning
the hand knob.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- Leakage at the valve seat. The valve unit
must be replaced.
2.PROBLEM:
- Leakage through / or at the base of the
bonnet.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- Insufficient torque on bonnet. (See Chapter
8 Technical Specifications). Re-tighten the
bonnet with the required torque.
- If the leakage continues, there may possibly
be dirt or damage in the diaphragm or the
O-ring. These parts must be exchanged.
3.PROBLEM:
- The pressure drops off sharply, even though
the quantity delivered is within the specified
values.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
- The inlet filter is clogged. The valve unit must
be replaced.

is enclosed with the spare part kits and must be
observed.
