The upper switch 7 (S 111) has three setting positions, t he lower
switch 6 (S 112) has two setting positions.

According to the combination of the setting positions and the actuation
of the corresponding key at the keypad the following functions can be
selected:
Setting position 1 and 5
• The (arge stitch length is active.
Choose a loose or tight need le thread tension value with key C
(main tension open or closed ).
Setting position 2 and 5
• The normal stitch length is active.
- Choose a loose or tight needle thread tension value with key C
(main tension open or closed ).
Setting position 3 and 5
Choose between normal stitch length and (arger stitch length with
key A.
- Choose a loose or tight needle thread tension value wit h key C
(main tension open or closed).
Setting position 3 and 4
During the sewing process it is possible to change over from normal
stitch (short stitch length) with closed main tension to tacki ng stitch
((arger stitch length) with ope n main tension alternately.
Choose between normal stitch length and larger stitch length with
key A.
