BUTTON FUNCTIONS

There are 3 speeds for the fan and on/off switch for the lamp. You can select one of the
following functions by sliding the switches.

Low Power Setting: This speed is suitable for simmering and cooking which

does not make much steam.
Middle Power Setting: This Airflow speed is ideally for ventilation in

standard cooking operation.
High Power Setting: When high density of smoke or steam are produced,

press the high-speed button for highest effective ventilation.
