The timer
Your oven is equipped with an electronic clock
that can also be used as a timer to switch the
oven on and off.
NOTICE
Quickly set the clock. If you do not touch a
button for 5 seconds, the operation will be
cancelled. In such a case, press the MENU
button again for about 3 seconds and start
again.
Setting the time
When being used for the first time
or after a power cut
When being used for the first time or after a
power cut, you must set the clock otherwise
the oven will not operate. The display will
then flash "AUTO" and the time.
1. Press the MENU button until only the
dot between the hour and minute display
flashes.
2. Use the arrow buttons to set the time. You
can press and hold each arrow key to go
forwards/backwards more quickly.
3. If the clock is set correctly and you do not
touch any of the sensor buttons for about
5 seconds, an audible alarm will sound
and the dot between the hour and minute
indicators will stop flashing. The time is
now saved.

Switching between summer time
and Central European Time
Requirement: The timer must not be in
semi-automatic or fully automatic mode, and
the alarm must not be active.
1. Simultaneously press the arrow keys until
the dot between the hour and minute dis-
play flashes.
2. Use the arrow buttons to set the time. You
can press and hold each arrow key to go
forwards/backwards more quickly.
3. If the clock is set correctly and you do not
touch any of the sensor buttons for about

Operating the timer

There is an increased risk of fi re with
the timer.
Please ensure that you always observe
the following when using the timer:

put anything in the oven.
Monitor the oven while using the tim-

er in order to prevent spills and burn-
ing.
Please note that fats, oils and alcohol

can catch on fi re when heated.
Never leave anything to grill unat-

tended when using the timer!
