Dispensing coffee with the Dispensing Lever
The coffee dispensing lever allows the user to personalise the duration of the individual dispensing phases.
The duration of the infusion cycle plays a fundamental role in creating the perfect espresso. To that end, the recommended
time for an Italian espresso is between 3 and 7 seconds.
Note: the maximum duration for the infusion phase is 10 seconds, after that time the dispensing phase will start in any
case.
