DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE

The device consists of the following main components (please see inside cover):

STARTING UP / QUICK GUIDE
This quick guide helps practised users to start the device in a few steps. For detailed start-up
instructions, please consult the next chapter.
1. Place the humidifier on a stable and watertight surface, never
on a carpet or parquet floor.
2. Remove the upper housing (3).
3. The «Clean Cube» (17) and both antibacterial filter cassettes
(16) are works-fitted (more details on page 15). First remove
the filter cassettes from the foil and then place back in the
bracket.

4. Fill the water collector with no more than 4.0 litres
(1.05 US gallons) of cold fresh water.
Tip: When refilling, first empty the water tank and rinse
well to ensure that there is no residue left in the collec-
tor, such as limescale.
5. If required, add 1-2 drops of scented oil to the
fragrance box (18).
6. Replace the upper housing (3). The swivel water inlet
opening (19) must be situated over the water level
window (15).
Insert the small power plug for the power supply in the

socket «12 V/ 0.5 A» on the back. Then plug power ca-
ble into the power socket («ON/OFF» is displayed).
8. The humidifier is now ready to use.
9. Switch on the device: by touching the «ON/OFF» key.
The display will show «ON» briefly followed by the cur-
rent humidity, e.g. «41». All of the control panels will light
up and the ventilator will slowly operate. If the red «No
Water» display is lit up, fill up with water first.
Switch off the device: by touching the «ON/OFF» key
again.
10. Set the desired humidifying capacity: (3 levels) by
repeatedly touching «SPEED LEVEL» (1= low, 3 = high).
11. To set the humidity: set the desired humidity (30-65%
rel.) by repeatedly touching the «HUMIDITY» key. We
recommend 40-60 %. As soon as the display shows
the current relative air humidity, the humidity setting is
saved and automatically monitored. Set «Co» for contin-
uous operation without humidity monitoring.
12. Activate the automatic shutdown: by repeatedly touch-
ing the «TIMER» key. Adjust the shutdown time in hours
(01-12 hours, or «00» for no timer).
13. Activate the Auto mode: by touching the «AUTO
MODE» key. This function starts with maximum humid-
ification capacity in order to reach the required level
of humidity in a room as quickly as possible. Deactivate
function by touching the «AUTO MODE» key.
14. Night mode: touch the «NIGHT MODE» key to dim the
light. Switch off function by touching any function key.
