You can smell the odor from the refrigerator:
Aromatic foods should be hermetically packaged.
Are some foods spoiled?
Is it time to wash the interior of the refrigerator?
The compressor runs too long:
In summer and at higher room temperatures, it is common for a compressor to run for a long time.
Do not place large quantities of non-frozen food in the freezer at once.
Do not put warm food into the refrigerator.
Frequent opening of the refrigerator door extends the running of the compressor.
No interior light:
GB
Is the refrigerator plugged in the socket?
The light can be damaged.
The door does not close properly:
Is the door blocked by badly placed food?
Is the refrigerator overfi lled?
Is your appliance stable and standing straight?
sounds:
Cracking sound (ice cracking):
During automatic defrosting.
When the appliance is heated or cooled (due to expansion of the material).
Short crack: You will hear this sound when the thermostat turns the compressor on and off .
Compressor noise (normal motor sound): This noise means that the compressor works normally. The
compressor can cause more noise for a short time after it starts.
Bubbling sound: This sound is caused by the fl ow of refrigerant in the system pipes.
Sound of running water: Normal sound of running water fl owing into the evaporator during defrosting. This
sound can be heard during defrosting.
Air blowing sound (normal fan sound): This sound can be heard in the No-Frost refrigerator during normal
system operation due to air circulation.
If moisture builds up in the refrigerator:
Were the foods properly packed? Were the containers well dried before being placed in the refrigerator?
Is the door of the refrigerator opened frequently? When the door is opened, moisture in the room air gets
into the refrigerator. Especially when the humidity in the room is high, the more often the refrigerator door
is opened, the more moisture will accumulate.
It is normal for water drops to form on the rear wall of the refrigerator during automatic defrosting. (For
static models)
If the door does not open and close properly:
Does the packaging of food prevent the door from closing?
Were the shelves, drawers and accessories placed in the door properly?
Is the door seal worn or damaged?
Is the refrigerator standing on a fl at surface?
If the edges of the refrigerator, which are in contact with the door are hot:
Especially in summer (warm weather), the surfaces of the joints may become hot during compressor operation,
this is normal.
