watertight. Therefore, do not immerse the camera in water.

Protect the lens against direct sunlight; otherwise the CCD chip may
be damaged.

personal damage or material damage will be accepted if the camera
is used for other purposes than originally intended, if it is not correctly
installed or operated, or if it is not repaired in an expert way.
If the camera is to be put out of operation definitively, take it to
a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the
environment.

3 Applications

This high-resolution colour camera with zoom lens is specially de-
signed for applications in video surveillance systems (CCTV). It is
suited for installation on ceilings or walls. The camera is equipped with
a weatherproof housing (IP 67) and with 30 IR LEDs which will auto-
matically be activated / deactivated depending on the ambient light.
Via an OSD menu, the camera offers extensive setting possibilities
(e. g. manual / automatic white balance, automatic switchover between
day /night mode, image inversion, 8-fold digital zoom, privacy masking,
etc.). The menu is adjustable via the remote control provided.

4 Installation

To find the optimum place for installation, a trial operation is recom-
mended. For this purpose, set the camera into preliminary operation
( chapter 5).
1) To operate the camera without sunshield (5), unscrew the corre-
sponding locking screw (4) and remove the sunshield.
2) Fasten the mounting frame (1) to the wall or ceiling by means of the
four recessed head screws.
