Transferring a call to a handset

Proceed as follows to transfer a call, taken on the base station, to a handset:

The caller is put on hold.

Caution: The call waiting and hold call functions are optional ser-
vices provided by your telephone network provider. Contact your
network provider for further information.
To use the supplementary services offered by your telephone
network provider, set the Flash time to 300 ms (refer to
Chapter 11.3).

Redialling button

The last number dialled can be redialled quickly and easily.

Entering a dialling pause

A dialling pause can be entered between the number dialled to get an outside
line and the actual phone number to be dialled. After dialling the number for
the outside line, the telephone then waits 3 seconds before dialling the actual
phone number. More information on dialling pauses is provided in
Chapter 9.3.
