Recording a memo

You can leave a memo for other answering machine users.
1. Press and hold the g button.
2. The message AUFNAHME MEMO appears in the display.
3. Start to record your memo after the acoustic signal.
E. g. "Hello Alan, the files you need are in my drawer. You can copy them if you want."
4. To end recording, simply release the g button.
5. MEMO appears in the display.
The message can be played by pressing the q/p button or via the remote access function.

Recording a telephone call

Note: If an answering machine function is in progress, press the J/s button before
beginning to record a call.
1. Press the g button during a call.
2. MITSCHNEIDEN appears in the display.
The answering machine then records the telephone call.
3. Press the g button again to end recording.
Press the q/p button to play back the call recorded.
