Messages

General

The handset flashes white and „New msgs" is shown on the display if new messages were
recorded.

Playing a message

Press button to select the menu "Message"
Press
OK
The number of new messages and the number of saved messages is shown.
Messages are played back.
Note:
If you would like to listen to the messages via the device loudspeaker, press
softkey) during playback.
If you would like to delete a message during playback, press
Note:
For better separation of the recorded messages in new and old messages "New message"
or "Old message" is shown on the display.

Deleting all old messages

Press button to select the menu "Message"

Recording a memo

You can record a memo which is played as a normal message.
Press button to select the menu "Message"
Press
OK
The time and „Recording.." are shown on the display and you can record your
message now (min. 3 seconds).
Press (left softkey) to terminate the playback.
Stop

(left softkey) to delete the messages.
